Bespoke Fitness is based in a private training studio in Cheltenham.
We do things differently. We are a heavily focused results based studio specialising in getting results and preventing the dreaded slip ups back into old habits. Our services are structured to get you the best outcome you want whilst giving you balance and freedom to live the life you want.

We will use the right the levels we need at the right time so you are moving forward and making progress. We will draw from these over the coming weeks and months, all with the single focus of getting you your results and creating your signature style for success.
Bespoke Fit Camps
These are designed for groups of 4 people maximum with the common goal of becoming a better you.
We get you to move and use your body more effectively so you can achieve more in less time. So you have the time to enjoy life the way you want to.
We find these to be the right balance of 1-2-1 support and guidance whilst benefiting from being around like-mind individuals all pulling together to achieve the same end goal.
Along the way these sessions are designed to find your signature style of success.
Semi-Private Prehab Groups
Suffering from an injury ache or pain that doesn’t seem to shift? Or have you been recommended by a healthcare professional that you need to take up exercise?
Well this is the package for you. Private specialised sessions with a maximum of 4 in a group.
1-2-1 (limited availability)
We do offer 1-2-1 Personal Training we only take on a limited number of new clients each quarter
